Electron Microprobe Standards

This table shows coordinates, some compositions, and stage currents at 15kV beam energy and 12nA beam current. Low stage currents indicate that elements with high atomic numbers are present. The high number of electrons per atom deflect incoming electrons more strongly. This results in a strong backscattered electron detector signal and a low stage current.
